These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AI-Promoter. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
Use of the service
AI-Promoter provides AI-assisted marketing strategy, content generation, scheduling, and analytics tools. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it is published, and for ensuring your use complies with the terms of any third-party platforms you operate.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity, including impersonation, spam, or attempts to bypass the security or terms of any third-party service. You retain ownership of the content you create.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) via our payment processor, Stripe, at the prices shown at checkout. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel anytime from the in-app billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and partial periods are not prorated. If a renewal payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended until payment is resolved.
Performance data and analytics
Important: unless you connect a social account and log or sync real metrics, the analytics, engagement figures, and optimization results shown in the app are simulated or illustrative and provided only to demonstrate features. They do not represent real audience or campaign performance and must not be relied upon for business, financial, or advertising decisions. We make no guarantee of reach, engagement, conversions, or results.
Third-party platforms and publishing
When you connect a social account, you do so with your own credentials and authorization, and your use of that platform remains subject to the platform's own terms. You are responsible for the content you publish and for compliance with each platform's policies. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Meta, or other platforms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. AI-generated strategies, copy, and images may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable and must be reviewed and approved by you before any use or publication. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We do not guarantee any specific marketing outcomes.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
